The employer is looking to recruit a driven, positive and curious graduate, ready to commence their placement by the end of August 2022 with a starting salary of £29,000. This role is for a business developer and will be based in the West Midlands, near to Birmingham and Wolverhampton. You will have the opportunity to progress within the company at the end of the graduate scheme and the company has a very low turnover rate.

The company is a world leader in decarbonization and the steel industry. In this position, you would be working to develop the business within UK market and important sustainable products via customer contact, marketing, social media, exhibitions and seminars. You would also be setting the future direction by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

This is a real linchpin role of coordinating between technical support, account managers, architects and stakeholders across the industry with a focus upon the built environment. In the future this will also mean that you will lead projects in CRM systems, digitalization, customer portal and digital contact experience.

You will be well taken care of on the location that you will have your position and you will get your very own senior mentor. In addition you will be given an individual onboarding program connected to your specific position where you together with your mentor you will plan for an individualized customized study trip to any other offices within the group.
